To start off this blog, I want to dive right into my "California Dream." You can't tell me that view isn't beautiful right?
Coming from Kentucky, where the seasons can't make up their minds...it'll be nice to have change. Nice weather almost every day. Not to mention all the fun things to do. Walking on the beach, visiting the Santa Monica Pier, or even 3rd Street Promenade. Let alone all the things you can do downtown or in Hollywood.
At first I know I will be all touristy like, but once I get that out of my system, I know I'll be a true Californian. It's where my heart has always been. I may live in Kentucky, but I know my life is in L.A. I want to be more healthy minded...L.A. has that. I want more things to see and do...L.A. has that. I want to let my thoughts out and tell people where the cool events are and what to see...L.A. has that. NOT Kentucky.
My one and only trip to California was when I went to Palm Springs in 2010. It made my world! So pretty. Postcard pretty...and to see it with my own eyes made me appreciate God's work. California as a whole is a gorgeous state...but L.A...that's where I want to be. I love the beach and the sand between my toes. I love Palm Trees and they are EVERYWHERE! I just feel that Los Angeles will make me feel more at home. More at peace. More me...
