You ARE what you eat. Feeling sluggish every day? Always sick? Hungry a couple of hours after eating that McDonalds? Yeah. You aren't eating healthy or smart!
A healthy lifestyle does change how you feel on a daily basis and will definitely help your overall health. Go for healthier recipes and eat whatever (in moderation) only on your cheat day. Cheat days should only be once a week. If you can, add fresh fruit and veggie juicing into your daily routine. You can find a juicer for a great price at Walmart. Pretty sure I've stated this before.
